BOOK A DISCOVERY CALL
Mindset blocks & lack of belief
Imposter syndrome
Lack of confidence
Inability to decipher questions
Test-taking anxiety
Gaps in test-taking skills
The Reality is...
99% of your students that fail the PANCE don’t need more content, they need coaching that builds their confidence, skill and results.
As a former PA program director, a formally trained high-stakes item writer, and a longtime NCCPA contributor, I’ve written countless questions for didactic exams, EORs, EOCs, and PA board exams. This gives me a unique perspective on how these exams are written, why they’re designed the way they are, and how to master navigating them—so students can perform at their best when it matters most.
My passion is helping students regain their confidence, sharpen their test-taking skills, and pass their high-stakes exams so they can launch their careers—and their lives.
Over the years, I’ve helped over 1,000 PA students refine their exam strategies through digital courses and 1:1 coaching. On average, my first-time PANCE test-takers score 443, and those retaking after a prior failure improve by 96 points.
I’ve partnered with many PA programs nationwide to support “at-risk” students, taking them off the remediation track and helping them pass all their high-stakes exams—including the PANCE—on the first attempt. By focusing on personalized strategy, execution skills, and confidence-building, I help transform struggling students into successful graduates ready to step into practice.
Together, we can give your students every possible advantage.
I offer in-person or remote test prep trainings designed to empower your students and increase your program’s pass rates.

This is the most important component needed to pass the exam, which your program teaches.
2
Most students are never taught the skill of how to take a test and fully apply their knowledge in an exam setting.
3
Even the most capable students can get tripped up if they don’t master their anxiety, self-doubt, imposter syndrome etc.
I teach your students these two

“Erich Fogg has been an invaluable partner to the Presbyterian College PA Program since 2022. Last year, he led a workshop on test-taking strategies and mental preparation for students entering their clinical year, which led to a double-digit increase in the average score on their first end-of-rotation exam. Students consistently praise Erich not only for his high-yield, practical insights but also for the confidence he instills in them. His unique ability to pinpoint individual challenges and tailor his approach to each student’s needs truly sets him apart.”

They struggle because of poor execution — the inability to transfer what they know to a test question under pressure.
That doesn’t need to be a limiting factor anymore.
